Kite 08 Documentation

Kite 08 ($KT08) lets Solana users create direct markets between two supported assets. Creators set accepted mints, exchange terms, limits, and settlement conditions before opening a market. Participants trade through on-chain instructions, with settlement recorded on Solana. Creators can close or amend markets according to their configured rules.

Rules Set By The Creator

Choose Both Assets

Select the two accepted token mints so participants know exactly what they can offer and receive.

Set Exchange Terms

Specify the price or exchange ratio, trade limits, and any minimum or maximum amounts before publishing.

Control Market Access

Choose whether the market accepts trades from any wallet or enforces creator-defined participation conditions.

Define Settlement

Configure how each accepted trade transfers both assets and what conditions must hold for settlement.

Publish Market Status

Expose the current terms and open, paused, or closed status so traders can inspect the market before acting.

Create, Publish, Settle

Configure

Choose both token mints, enter exchange terms and limits, then set participation and settlement conditions.

Publish

Submit the market configuration on Solana so participants can inspect its terms and available status.

Settle

Participants submit trades under the published rules, and the on-chain instruction transfers the agreed assets.
